Yes. Privacy is built into Kinviva from the ground up. We collect only what's necessary to provide check-ins and reminders. All data is protected, and you control who has access to information about your loved one.
We take this seriously. Kinviva will recognize serious concerns and immediately alert you and suggest contacting local emergency services if needed. However, Kinviva is not an emergency service. If your parent is in crisis, they should always contact their local emergency number directly.
Yes. We'll work with you to set up a schedule that fits your loved one's routine. Morning, afternoon, evening—you decide. And you can add custom reminders for medications, appointments, or anything else.
Kinviva is designed to be flexible. We can adjust call speed, volume, and conversation complexity. If there are barriers, we'll work with you to find a solution. Not everyone is a fit, and that's okay—we'll be honest about it.
