Kinviva provides supportive companion features including daily check-in calls, medication and appointment reminders, and family notifications and updates.

Kinviva is not a medical or healthcare service, an emergency response system, a substitute for professional care, or a replacement for local emergency services.

Kinviva does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Users are responsible for seeking appropriate medical attention. In an emergency, contact local emergency services immediately.

4. User Eligibility

By using Kinviva, you represent that you are at least 18 years old, have authority to accept these terms, have permission to act on behalf of another adult when applicable, and provide accurate information.

5. User Responsibilities

• Protect the confidentiality of account credentials.
• Use Kinviva in compliance with applicable laws.
• Do not use Kinviva for harmful, illegal, or deceptive purposes.

Kinviva is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, data, revenue, service-delivery, or availability losses. Total liability is limited to amounts paid for Kinviva in the 12 months preceding a claim.

Kinviva reminders are supportive nudges, not medical instructions. Consult a healthcare professional about health or medication concerns.

We may terminate access if these terms are violated or harmful behavior occurs. You may cancel participation at any time by contacting us.
