Kinviva is a supportive companion service and is not a medical, healthcare, or emergency service. It is not a substitute for professional medical care or for contacting local emergency services in an emergency. Users are responsible for seeking appropriate medical attention for any health concerns. In case of emergency, always contact local emergency services immediately.

4. User Eligibility

By using Kinviva, you represent that:

• You are at least 18 years old
• You have the authority to accept these terms
• If you are a Family Guardian, you have permission to act on behalf of the older adult
• All information you provide is accurate and truthful

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:
